We’re coming in October again and it’s time to celebrate! The annual get together event organized by the gaming streaming giant Twitch is just around the corner – the TwitchCon, which is supposed to be a celebration of all things Twitch. Not only steamers and software companies can take part in the convention, but also gaming fans are allowed to attend all activities on the TwitchCon – it’s simply for every one of the Twitch community. Thanks to the diverse program, both individuals and companies can enjoy a great time by communicating, watching keynotes and shows as well as learning new things in the gaming industry.
Having gathered over 35,000 visitors last year, this year’s TwitchCon is moving to a new, better-connected venue, hoping to attract more international attendees. TwitchCon 2017 will take place from October 20 to 22 for the very first time at the Long Beach Convention and Entertainment Center in Long Beach, California. Attendees will be treated to a larger expo floor and expanded list of activities compared to last year with more than 180 participating game publishers, developers, and vendors. Big names like Epic Games, Ubisoft, Blizzard Entertainment, Studio Wildcard, Devolver Digital, Intel, Alienware, Oculus and many more can definitely been seen on the exhibition. Furthermore, in the spirit of the Halloween season, Twitch is inviting all visitors, who have the right badge to its official party nearby Queen Mary Dark Harbor on Saturday, October 21.
All of above means: visitors of TwitchCon 2017 can experience 3 days full of fun, inspirations and highlights! However, those, who can’t be on-site in Long Beach, can still join the gaming festival in another way: via live streaming (check out the schedule here)! On whats live?, you will easily find all live streams from the 3-day TwitchCon!
So – no matter you’re at the exhibition or not – let’s enjoy a nice gaming weekend!
