E3 2017 opens to the public – for the first time ever!

Finally, it won’t remain just a wish any more to visit the Gaming Expo E3 in Los Angeles as a fan! At the beginning of this year, the Entertainment Software Association, which organizes the event every year, announced that 15,000 tickets should be made available for anyone to buy in February. Without any doubt, all of the “fan passes” were already sold out long before the opening day. Gaming fans can finally take the chance and have a face-to-face communication with software developers and famous gamers, as well as take a look to the latest gaming products in reality and try them out.

E3 Expo’s location – LA Convention Center

As in every year, E3 in Los Angeles, the world’s premier event for computer and video games and related products, will be the place where many of this year’s top games will be shown off. It’s supposed to be an exciting show – as the biggest players in the gaming industry, such as Sony, Microsoft, Nintendo and EA Play, will definitely present their best to get the biggest headlines for the show. Let’s check out which highlights these top companies will bring to LA:

Nintendo

The company managed to catch most gamers’ eyes thanks to the launch of Nintendo Switch in March. Based on this, it is also expected to show something really big and special. As confirmed, Nintendo’s E3 show will kick off at 9am PT on June 13, which will apparently focus on Super Mario Odyssey, but will also include details about this year’s other Nintendo Switch games.

Sony

Sony’s conference is scheduled to take place this year on June 12 at 6pm PT. As the company has launched a refresh of the PS4’s hardware with the PS4 slim, a new 4K console in the form of the PS4 Pro, and the first ever console virtual reality headset, the PlayStation VR, a big focus for this year’s E3 should probably be virtual reality – because people need more tasty gaming experiences with the new Sony hardware.

Microsoft

Microsoft has confirmed that this year its conference will take place on June 11 at 2pm PT, planning to unveil more details of its new consoles Project Scorpio. Recently, Microsoft revealed the first pictures of some developer modes of the Xbox Scorpio and announced that this piece of hardware will be the main focus of the E3 presentation. Moreover, it promised to bring more new 4K gaming experiences to the new console.

Electronic Arts

Not like other companies, which will hold a press conference at the Gaming Expo, EA announced that it will organize a separate event during E3, already at the beginning of 2017. According to latest news from EA, the event „EA Play„, which will take place on June 10-12 in Hollywood, will feature over 10 game experiences, performances by the eight-time platinum recording artist Nas, DJ Green Lantern and Dave East, and a number of great surprises. At the heart of EA PLAY is the player FanFest, which will feature over 140 hands-on gaming stations, demos, live music and more.

Big companies like Ubisoft and Bethesda are also going to bring their most attractive news out from the box to delight their fans.
